IMPORTANT NOTE RE NORAM TRAINING TIMES (Nov. 20)

Hello teams,

The Organizing Committee of NorAm/Calforex Cup #1 is delighted that so many athletes have decided to participate.  We will now go to two zeroing times for Saturday and Sunday The categories for the afternoon competitions will be outlined at the Thursday Team Captains' meeting after all registration has taken place.

CHANGE OF OFFICIAL TRAINING DAY START

The NorAm Official Training time will start on Friday at 11am.   There will be NO access to the range  or stadium before that time due to a film crew shooting a commercial  for the Olympics using some of our Biathlon Alberta Training Centre athletes.   To access the stadium and range AFTER 10:30am please use the exit tunnel closest to the wax building. We will be using lanes 1-20 by team assignment.  The entrance tunnel and half of the parking lot will have the cable for their cameras and is off limits to us until noon. We will have the stadium, trails and range after 11am for our training.  Your cooperation is requested for this positive opportunity to showcase our sport to the world. They will be setting up from 4am and leaving the biathlon area at noon.   The official training for the IBU categories will be 11am until 2pm.  Unofficial training will take place from 3pm to 5pm.
