Biathlon Goals: To continue to develop as a coach through experience, and schooling. To provide positive environments in which athletes can reach their personal goals. To pass on well-rounded, knowledge, self-awareness, life balance passion, and life-time commitment to physical activity and sport, and have fun doing so.

Best Achievement: As an athlete, experiencing flow in a race. As a coach, gaining international and national experience.

Biggest Influence: For life in general - my family
For biathlon - Paul Dorotich if it weren't for him I would likely be teaching in a high school or be a running coach.

Interests and Hobbies: White water canoeing, hiking, biking, hockey, and eating good food!
