2010 ARCTIC WINTER GAMES (Oct. 29)

COACHING AND OFFICIATING COURSES IN CANMORE (Oct. 22)

-Biathlon Alberta will be hosting an NCCP Community Coaching Gold-Silver Course November 7-8. Click here for details.

-Biathlon Canada, meanwhile, will be hosting an Advanced-Level Officials' Course November 14-15. Information and registration for this course is available here. Please note, Biathlon Alberta will subsidize the course registration fee for qualified members.

UPCOMING ALBERTA BIATHLON CLUB EVENTS (Oct. 19)

-ABC and Edmonton Nordic Ski Club present Summer Biathlon in Edmonton, coming up Saturday, October 24th. Find all the details here.

-Scary news: ABC's first-ever Mountain Bike Biathlon has been re-scheduled from this past weekend to Halloween - Saturday, October 31st.

CANMORE NORDIC CENTRE NEWS (Oct. 15)

Three important news items from the Canmore Nordic Centre:

The Nordic Centre is now open for limited snow skiing! Current conditions are available here.

Range passes are now mandatory for all biathlon range users. Click here for information on the new range guidelines and regulations.

Through November 1st, seasons passes are available to Biathlon Alberta members at a 10% discount.

BIATHLON ALBERTA - SUMMER (??) BIATHLON #2 (Oct. 14)

As part of our Canada Winter Games Competition Camp, Biathlon Alberta will be hosting a Summer Biathlon race Sunday, October 18th at the Canmore Nordic Centre. Click here for details. Note - Saturday's race has been cancelled as roller skiing is not currently possible.
