2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (Aug. 15)

In conjunction with the North American Summer Championships, Biathlon Alberta will hold its 2012 AGM on Saturday, September 8th in Canmore. The meeting will be preceded by the annual Awards Presentation. Notice of the AGM may be found here.

COMPETITION DEVELOPMENT COURSE - NEW DATES (Aug. 1)

Biathlon Canada has announced new dates for the NCCP Competition Development workshop originally planned for June. The course remains in Canmore, and will occur October 11 - 16. More information here ,

WINSPORT CASINO NEXT WEEK - VOLUNTEERS REQ'D (July 13)

Several volunteers are still required for Day 2 (Friday, July 20th) of the Winsport casino in Calgary. Proceeds of this casino will be allocated toward the development of biathlon! Volunteers may sign-up here.

2012 RUEDI SETZ AWARD - SEEKING NOMINATIONS (June 25)

Biathlon Alberta is seeking nominations for the 2012 Ruedi Setz Award - please submit your nomination to Andy Holmwood by July 31st. This award, in addition to other Biathlon Alberta awards, will be presented at the Annual General Meeting, September 8th in Canmore.

BIATHLON BOOT CAMP COMING TO CANMORE (June 13)

Biathlon Alberta is pleased to announce Biathlon Boot Camp - a day-camp style training camp in Canmore July 30th through August 4th. The camp features Olympic champion and now coach Anna Carin Zidek-Olofsson. The camp is open to Youth and second-year Senior Boy/Girl athletes. More info below:
